I hereby authorize the free use for radio and/or television distribution, online and on digital support of any interventions and of my video recorded or photographed image during the event in question, accepting the following general conditions:

  • Art & Luxury is free to use, in direct and recorded emission, in Italy and abroad and in any form and way, the recorded images, and the opinions expressed during the event in object, without limitations or constraints, for all the purposes, even if only connected, of the own activity;
  • Art & Luxury have the faculty to carry out eventual adaptations or reductions of the times of the participations, without however modifying substantially the sense and the content;
  • Of the recorded images Art & Luxury will be exclusive owner and holder of every right of economic exploitation, in every form and way, with every faculty, carrying out also re-elaborations and transformations, and with the right to record it, to reproduce it on whichever support, through whichever distributive channel, with whichever modality and terminal of access technically conceivable today and/or in future, without limitation any. In this regard, the undersigned declares to renounce to the payment of any compensation and/or reimbursement of expenses;
  • Art & Luxury informs that, according to the D.L. 626/94, in case of emergency of any nature, the participant will have to exit from the conference room following the luminous indications and the instructions given by the Staff.

TYPE, PURPOSE AND METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING – With regard to the existing contract, only common data and possibly payment data are processed. These data are processed exclusively for (i) fulfilments connected to the existing contract, to the economic activity of the Owner and to satisfy the obligations provided for by the law. The provision of the above mentioned data is mandatory and any refusal to do so will make it impossible to establish or continue the relationship to the extent that such data is necessary for the execution of the same; (ii) (only after explicit consent) to receive free services, participation in prize events or market research, receiving communications (including through e-mail, text messages and other means of communication) promotions, discounts, benefits and other services. In this case, even if provided, the consent for this purpose may be revoked at any time by sending a communication to the contact details of the Owner. The data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the obligations of the contract as well as the requests of the interested party.

DIFFUSION OF DATA – Your personal data may be communicated to companies in the Data Controller’s Group, linked to it or to third party companies exclusively for purposes and purposes in accordance with this policy. The list of these subjects, together with the list of external data processors, is available from the Data Controller and is made available upon request of the interested party. Finally, in case of reorganization, merger or sale, the Owner may transfer to third parties involved in such operations all personal data collected for the specific purposes for which the data subject has given consent. In all these cases, your consent will not be necessary.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES – Pursuant to art. 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016, the data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to personal data and the following information: purpose of processing; categories of recipients to whom the data have been or will be communicated; period of retention of data or the criteria used to determine that period. The data subject is also entitled to exercise against the Data Controller the further rights set forth in Articles 16 (rectification), 17 (cancellation), 18 (limitation of processing in the cases provided for by law), 20 (access), 21 (opposition). The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. In order to exercise the rights, the interested party may send a specific request to the contact details of the Data Controller.
